However, for those who find this acid ratio high, we produce our natural extra virgin olive oils obtained from Edremiti olives which have a lower acidity and a fruity taste. With a lower acid content and mild taste, our 0.5 acid extra virgin olive oil is presented to your liking. You can easily consume this oil in salads, various cooking sauces and pizza and pita products to taste.
